Happy Election Day Ward 5!

I’m Jack, I’m asking for your vote today to be our next City Councilor. This website has a lot of information about my qualifications, experiences in municipal government, and issues that I will pursue if elected. But today is the day and we are short on time. So in brief, here’s why you should vote for me today:

I have direct experience in municipal government, having worked with current and former Councilors, as Vice Chairman of the City’s Democratic Party, and as a Mayoral appointee; I’ve earned the endorsment of our former Mayor Joe Curtatone because of my experience and commitment to doing this job of being a local representative right—which means truly inclusive approach to getting everyone involved in decisions that affect them.

A key priority of mine is working to reduce the cost of living in this City. If elected I will be committed to the serious land use reforms and housing development and maintenance work we need to do as a city.

There are so many other things I want to work on for people in this ward, like making our city more accessible, supporting the arts, increasing transportation access, reducing the rodent population, repairing our crumbling school buildings, supporting local community events, providing better mental health access to our residents, and working to improve our public safety. I hope I have the honor of being elected your next Councilor, and I ask for your vote today.
